The First Move

You’re Here — and That Matters

The journey begins with a simple but powerful step: reaching out. Whether you fill out our contact form, send us a message, or schedule a call — that first move is a sign of courage and hope.

Once we connect, I’ll invite you to a free interview — a chance for us to have a real conversation and see if we’re a good fit to work together. No pressure. No expectations. Just a starting point filled with possibility.


Step One: The Interview

Getting to Know Each Other

This is our first real conversation. I’ll introduce myself, and you’ll introduce yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you’re looking to change or grow through, and where you hope to go from here. You’re also welcome to ask me anything — from how long I’ve been coaching to the kinds of people I’ve helped.

This step is all about connection. It’s where we check in with our comfort level — does this feel like a safe space for you? Do we share a good sense of rapport? If so, we’ll take the next step together.

This interview is completely free.


Step Two: The Consultation

Exploring the Path Forward

If we both feel it’s a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we’ll enter the consultation phase — another free step. This is where we dig deeper into the areas you want to focus on, whether it’s emotional healing, communication challenges, personal confidence, recovery support, or something else entirely.

Together, we’ll discuss where you are, what’s holding you back, and how ready and willing you feel to take the next steps. Based on our conversation, I’ll propose a personalized approach and outline what working together could look like — including session structure, commitment expectations, and a proposed fee and schedule.

You’ll have time to think it over and decide if it feels right for you. I’ll send a written summary to help you reflect before making a final decision.


Step Three: The Commitment

Starting the Journey Together

When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you a Commitment Promise — our mutual agreement that outlines our goals, session schedule, and expectations. It’s designed to create clarity, structure, and a foundation of trust as we begin this important work.

Once the promise is signed and returned, we’ll schedule your sessions and officially begin your coaching journey. You’ll never walk alone — I’ll be right beside you, every step of the way.
